Brooke is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who received her Masters’ Degree at the University of Southern California. Brooke works with adolescents and adults treating a wide range of mental health issues including OCD, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, complex trauma, life transitional issues and mood disorders. Brooke’s clinical style is one of collaboration, seeing therapy as a life-enhancing participation in self-understanding, self-realization and self-compassion. Brooke’s work is rooted in helping individuals to build awareness and insight, while recognizing maladaptive patterns and behaviors, which limit individuals from creating a fulfilling and healthier life. Brooke believes in drawing upon her client’s inherent strengths and sense of resiliency. Brooke joins the team at Community West as an Individual & Family Therapist, Group Facilitator and Program Director.
