As the Operations Coordinator, Nathalie Vorgeack brings over 11 years of experience in the world of mental health, to the Operations Team at Community West. After majoring in Foreign Languages and minoring in Communications, Nathalie landed on receiving her AA in Communications from Santa Monica College. In 2011, Nathalie began her path into mental health as a receptionist at a non-profit outpatient facility in Santa Monica. That position paved the way for the humanity and compassion that Nathalie has proudly cultivated over the years. Nathalie moved up to working as a chart auditor, then a grant manager,  and then a psychiatric case manager — all while maintaining her passion for helping people, regardless of her role. Community West welcomed Nathalie with open arms back in April 2022 and Nathalie is honored to not only keep flourishing as a professional, but to have also landed amongst like-minded, kind individuals. When she’s not working, Nathalie likes to spend time with as many animals as possible, as well as practicing her French and fine tuning her Spanish.
