Community West offers three distinct treatment tracks that utilize clinicians with a wide range of specialized expertise to provide the most effective treatment options for clients based on their specific presenting problems and needs.  We are currently hiring licensed clinicians (Ph.D.’s, Psy.D.’s, L.C.S.W.’s and LMFT’s) with the following specialties:

Psychodynamic psychotherapists to provide individual therapy three to four times per week for adolescent and young adult clients in the Foundations Program.

CBT psychotherapists to provide individual therapy three to five times per week for adolescent and young adult clients in the OCD/Anxiety Program.

Sensorimotor psychotherapists, somatic experiencing psychotherapists, and EMDR psychotherapists to provide individual therapy to adolescent and young adult clients in the Trauma Program.

Family psychotherapists to provide once or twice-weekly family therapy to clients and their families from all three of the programs listed above.

Group psychotherapists to provide a range of groups including DBT, Mentalization, ACT, Art Therapy, Process, Healthy Boundaries, Resilience in Recovery, Trauma Informed Yoga, and several other groups.
