At Community West we understand that the transition to adulthood in today’s world is particularly challenging and complex.  This rite of passage in a young person’s life is frequently derailed when a mental health condition goes untreated. Our Young Adults Services are tailored to suit a range of mental health challenges and are developed to equip young people to face the unique pressures of contemporary adult life. We provide our young adult clients and their families with innovative treatments within a supportive therapeutic community.

Our programs can also provide transitional treatment support for clients leaving higher levels of care to help them navigate the challenges of launching into adulthood. By participating in individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and experiential activities, our clients receive the most comprehensive outpatient mental health care available.
